WHO WE ARE
Pantelis Papakonstantinou has a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, from National Technical University of Athens and 40 years of professional experience in design and construction of private and public building projects.
He has been the scientific advisor in the Local Union of Attica Municipalities and the West Attica Prefecture on Urban Planning projects and he is the author of five books-guides for building public permits according to the Greek building Regulations.
With special expertise in structural engineering study, and an extensive experience in building permits and construction, he incorporates his valuable experience in all phases of design and construction of DF STUDIO projects.
